Our Sous Chef Steven Jackson provides Trezo a variety of fresh and seasonal produce daily, direct from his farm. Also a dedicated forager, his wild greens and mushrooms can be found in many of our menu items and daily specials.
Here at Trezo, we take pride in the abundance of fresh produce yielded by local farms and local community at large. We also acknowledge how fortunate we are to have Chef Steven as part of our culinary team, working together collaborating and developing Trezo Mare's menus promising seasonal, inspired, and relevant food.

On June 11-12, KC's culinary professionals and caring community members participated in a Bake Sale, a Bloody Mary Smack-Down, and a Country Brunch, all for a good cause. KC Weekend for No Kid Hungry raised $89,000 to help connect kids facing food insecurity to one MILLION school and summer meals. Organizers will continue to raise funds and hope to reach their goal of $100,000 by the end of the year. #NoKidHungry

Trezo's new Crisp Summer Salad is fast becoming a popular choice for those looking for a lite summer meal. Locally grown fresh veggies deliver the crunch along with house-made parmesan crisps. Flavorful sweet onion marmalade and preserved lemon vinaigrette offer the perfect sweet & tangy combo. Topping it off is pancetta and fresh quail eggs direct from our sous chef's own farm. Voilà. The perfect summer salad!
